Elaine
Office Manager
Elaine has attended college and other training schools in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Texas. She has worked in the dental and medical fields for over 35 years and joined our team in September 2007. Elaine enjoys working with a doctor and team that are more like a family and who make coming to work enjoyable. She also loves our amazing patients!
When not in the office, Elaine loves spending time with her husband, grandchildren, family, and friends; she also enjoys reading murder mysteries, cooking, baking, playing Bingo, crocheting, and reading her Bible. Elaine can speak English and Spanish.
Merri
Administrative Assistant & Dental Assistant
Merri attended school at Howard Payne University and joined our practice in 2023. She enjoys the friendliness and professionalism of our team and working with a doctor who is gentle with his patients and who genuinely cares about both his patients and staff.
Merri’s hobbies include scrapbooking, volunteering, and baking.
Adriana
Lead Dental Assistant
Adriana graduated from PCI Health Training Center in 2016 with her certification as a registered dental assistant and from Dallas College in 2019 with her Associate of Science degree. She joined our team in July 2017 and loves getting to know our patients and helping them grow more comfortable and confident through their dental treatment journey.
Outside of work, Adriana enjoys spending time outdoors, raising cattle, and watching her daughters play sports. She is currently learning to play piano!
Juli
Dental Assistant
Juli attended the Texas Academy of General Dentistry and joined our office in 2022. She enjoys working with like-minded people and getting to know and serve our wonderful patients.
Outside the office, she loves cooking and baking, studying the Bible, and spending time with Georgia, her German Shepherd.
Marissa
Dental Assistant
Marissa joined the practice in 2024, bringing her dedication to patient care and teamwork to the forefront. She attended a university in Idaho, where she developed her passion for healthcare and helping others. Marissa loves working alongside a supportive team and doctor, creating a positive environment where patients feel valued. For her, the most rewarding aspect of her role is helping people achieve better health and renewed confidence through their smiles. Marissa’s caring demeanor and skilled assistance to the doctor contribute to the success of the practice by ensuring patients receive attentive, compassionate care every step of the way.
Outside of work, Marissa enjoys a variety of creative and relaxing hobbies. She loves singing, playing guitar, and making music, as well as diving into a good book or watching horror movies and anime. A fan of discovering hidden gems, she often spends her free time thrifting.
Kaitlynn
Registered Dental Hygienist, Registered Dental Assistant
Kaitlynn attended the dental hygiene program at Collin County Community College, from which she graduated magna cum laude. During her education, she participated in several volunteer events, including screening at-risk children, treating the dental needs of trafficking victims, and visiting elementary schools to educate children about oral health. She joined Arbor Dental in May 2023 and enjoys being part of a practice that feels like family, where everyone works together as a team and is committed to providing excellent, patient-centered care.
Outside the office, Kaitlynn enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her family and pets, and occasionally drawing and painting.
